  2. Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
  3. Once your return is approved, we will send you return instructions.

3. Refunds

If your return is accepted, we will process your refund to your original method of payment. Please note that:

  • Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to be processed after receiving your returned item.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will offer a full refund or replacement, depending on the item’s condition.


5. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the item you want.


6. Shipping

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return your item, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
